Sampige in Akka:

Sampige proudly participated in 9th Akka world conference at Atlantic city on September 2nd, 3rd & 4th. Below is the list of activities.

1. Opening act on Day 2 – “Journey of Akka” with 8 other Kannada kootas

2. Opening act on Day 3 – “Ganesha Vandana” with 5 other Kannada kootas

Independece day celebration:

Sampige Celebrated “Indian Independence day” in collaboration with “Hindi Vikas Mandal” and “HSNC”

1. “Sampige Adigemane” – served delicious food for around 250-300 people

2. “Karnataka Vaibhava” – a display about Karnataka by ‘Youth team’

3. A rocking performance by Sampige members.

Sampige in NuvYug:

Sampige proudly partners with “Nuv Yug” to support and showcase Indian culture. Sampige with a group of 30 members performed in “India Fest – 2016″ on March 19th at 6.30pm which received standing ovation in 13 years of Nuv Yug’s History( as per Nuv Yug committee). Sampige is grateful to Nuv Yug for their extended hands to promote Indian culture and tradition.
